KALAMAZOO, MI -- Construction is ready to begin on Zone 32, a mixed-use development on Frank Street in Kalamazoo's Northside neighborhood, being built by Jamauri Bogan and his company, Bogan Developments, the city of Kalamazoo said in a news release.Bogan is a former Western Michigan University football player-turned-developer and this is the first development by his company.There's a groundbreaking ceremony at 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at 315 E. Frank St., at the north end of the construction site, at the intersection of North Pitcher Street and Myrtle Street.
